Information about Article 13 of the Privacy Code
We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree number 196 of 30 June 2003, the Code for the Protection of Personal Data, provides for the protection of people and other subjects in respect to the handling of personal data. According to this law, personal information will be handled with care, respect and transparency and with high regard to the protection of Your privacy and rights.
The undersigned informs you that for the establishment and/or carrying out of this contact they are or will be in possession of your personal data; therefore according to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, you are provided with the following information:
Your information will be handled according to contractual demands and the consequent requirements of the same, and as needed for an effective management of the contact; in particular for:
fulfillment of legal requirements, as related to civil, fiscal and accounting laws;
the administrative demands of the contact;
demands of contractual obligations;
archival needs;
necessity of written correspondence and fax;
the handling and conservation of data will be effected through the mediation of technological means and instruments and/or papers, according to the highest formality in order to guarantee the integrity, security and privacy of your information;
the submission of your data is necessary in order to carry out legal and/or contractual obligations; refusal to submit such data will imply the non-execution of the contract/the non-acceptance of the contact; the consequences of the non-submission of data that is not managed according to legal or contractual stipulations will be evaluated on a individual basis by the undersigned;
notwithstanding communications effected in order to comply with the law, data may be disclosed to external entities who carry out specific tasks on behalf of the undersigned;

Article 7 – Right to access personal information and other rights
The subject has the right to obtain, via intelligible communication, confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal information relating to the subject, even if said information has not yet been registered.
The subject has the right to obtain information regarding:
the origin of the personal information;
the intent and manner of its handling;
the logic applied in case of handling by electronic instruments;
the identity of the owner, managers and assigned State representatives, and of managers or agents.
The subject has the right to achieve:
the updating, correction or completion of data;
the cancellation, transfer to anonymity or blockage of data handled in violation of law, including cases in which the conservation of data is not necessary according to the intended use for which the data was collected or successively handled;
certification that notification of the operations in letters a) and b) has been given, including reference to their content, to those whose data was disclosed or shared, unless such fulfillment is impossible or requires a use of means disproportionate to the rights of the owner.
The subject has the right to oppose in all or in part:
for legitimate reasons, the handling of the subject’s personal data, especially as pertains to the purpose of the data collection;
the handling of personal data with the intention of sending publicity materials or engaging in direct sales or for the compilation of market research or commercial communication materials.
